With over 20 years of experience across it, legal, and banking sectors, michaela voller brings a rare blend of strategic insight, sales experience and human-centred leadership to her role at change logic.
Before joining us, michaela served as chief hr executive for dimension data middle east and africa, where she led complex transformation initiatives and helped align people strategy with business execution. Her career has spanned leadership roles in strategy execution, global sales operations, and hr, with prior stints at deutsche bank, simmons & simmons, and schroders.
At change logic, michaela is the executive for our award-winning people solutions division.
She’s passionate about sales optimisation, organisational design, leadership alignment, and building people-first cultures that deliver real impact.

Specialist consultant
With a background in organisational design, hr strategy, and sales operations, kelly blends insight with hands-on delivery. She understands what drives growth—especially in high-performance sales teams—and knows how to design the structures and people strategies to sustain it.
