Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and dynamic Programme Managers to lead complex, multi-stream client engagements across industries. This role is central to the successful execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives — from strategy through to measurable delivery.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing programmes that align with business goals, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and risks are actively managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across multiple workstreams and functions
- Define programme governance structures, delivery frameworks, and planning cycles
- Manage budgets, resourcing, scope, and timelines to ensure consistent delivery against objectives
- Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across workstreams
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve critical path issues
- Drive consistent reporting, stakeholder updates, and programme steering forums
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients and business leaders
- Partner with Change Managers and Business Analysts to ensure sustainable adoption of changes
- Monitor programme outcomes and benefits realisation metrics, and course-correct as needed
- Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and mentoring of junior team members
We’re looking for Programme Managers with:
- 7+ years’ experience leading complex programmes, ideally in consulting or client-facing environments
- Proven track record of delivering results in transformation, digital, or organisational change initiatives
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making capabilities
- Structured delivery mindset with fluency in programme planning, resource forecasting, and governance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting dashboards
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
- Background in financial services, FMCG, logistics, or large-scale enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
- Formal certifications such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or SAFe
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
