Job Summary<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Programme Managers to lead complex, multi-stream client engagements across industries. This role is central to the successful execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives \u2014 from strategy through to measurable delivery.<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing programmes that align with business goals, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and risks are actively managed.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across multiple workstreams and functions<\/li>\n
  • Define programme governance structures, delivery frameworks, and planning cycles<\/li>\n
  • Manage budgets, resourcing, scope, and timelines to ensure consistent delivery against objectives<\/li>\n
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across workstreams<\/li>\n
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve critical path issues<\/li>\n
  • Drive consistent reporting, stakeholder updates, and programme steering forums<\/li>\n
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients and business leaders<\/li>\n
  • Partner with Change Managers and Business Analysts to ensure sustainable adoption of changes<\/li>\n
  • Monitor programme outcomes and benefits realisation metrics, and course-correct as needed<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and mentoring of junior team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    We’re looking for Programme Managers with:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 7+ years\u2019 experience leading complex programmes, ideally in consulting or client-facing environments<\/li>\n
    • Proven track record of delivering results in transformation, digital, or organisational change initiatives<\/li>\n
    • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making capabilities<\/li>\n
    • Structured delivery mindset with fluency in programme planning, resource forecasting, and governance<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting dashboards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Desirable Experience and Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Background in financial services<\/strong>, FMCG, logistics, or large-scale enterprise environments<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models<\/li>\n
      • Formal certifications such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or SAFe<\/li>\n
      • Experience working with distributed or global teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
